"This is our fourth time to this hotel and it just gets better. It is spotless, the cleaning team does an excellent job and are always smiling and cheerful. We stayed in the hotel, the rooms are very well equipped with a kettle, fridge, glasses, mugs and a corkscrew. The breakfast is fantastic a wide choice of cereal, cold meats, cheeses, yoghurt and fresh fruit. Breads, sweet pastries. The hot selection changes daily and is very tasty always with an exciting vegetable dish. Isobel welcomed and looked after us every morning for breakfast Faultless.."

"The hotel was clean and tidy, we were in a superior double room on the ground floor with a terrace straight out to the pool. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom good but in need of a deep clean, marks on walls and tile grout. Towels adequate but quite old and thin. The room had tea and coffee making facilities which comprised of a kettle, two mugs a few assorted tea bags, a couple of coffee sachets and a few sugars, no milk or spoons. I don’t mind buying my own milk but it would have been nice to have a few sachets or pots of milk for the first night and a spoon to make the drinks with. I asked at reception the next day for two glasses and spoons as I have to take soluble medication. I was told these things aren’t provided as we were not self catering. He said he would see what he could do. Nothing happened so I took a glass and spoon from the breakfast room. My other complaint was that the drinks and snack bar closed at 3pm! Never known a hotel with no bar in the evening. You are not allowed to take your own drinks by the pool or to the solarium and the grumpy pool lifeguard made sure no one did. How nice is it to have a cold drink in the sun? Also FYI easyJet transfers do not take you to hotel but drop off 600 m away. Other tour buses did. The hotel gets no sun until late morning/lunchtime. The 175 steps, two bridges and dusty path are a killer when returning to hotel if you’re unfit like me! 🤣 Enjoyed our holiday but wouldn’t return."

"Location, cleanliness, chilled atmosphere etc everything was perfect would definitely stay here again, however where our room is located all you can hear most of the day is the staff in what I assume is a staff room located at the back left hand side. They laugh, scream, shout and clap so loudly that it actually sounds like they’re just outside your room… but they’re the floor underneath, it’s just all open to where the rooms on this side of my floor are. If you’re in your room it’s really not what you’re wanting to hear on a relaxing holiday especially when you want a nap in the afternoon and constantly wake up from the sound of them, so I’d ask to have a room down the other side of the corridor. I have taken videos of how loud they actually are from inside the room however I can’t seem to upload them on here."
