"We chose this hotel for its location - close to La Hacienda Links Golf Resort and with beautiful views of the sea - and it surpassed our expectations. All the facilities are in excellent condition, and the rooms are very nice and well-equipped. We had a standard room with sea view and it was more than adequate (large bathroom, very comfy bed, beautiful terrace). But most noteworthy is the excellent services provided to the guests. The ladies at reception, the bell boys, the concierge, the waiters in the restaurants: all were very kind and always ready to provide a helping hand. Food in te restaurants is of excellent quality."

"Still thinking about our stay at Fairmont La Hacienda and honestly… wow. From the moment Pablo got us settled, it was clear this wasn’t going to be your average hotel experience. The suite? Unreal. I didn’t want to leave it. Every detail was perfect, comfort, style, and those little touches that make you feel genuinely cared for. Just like the notes and little cakes in the room when we got there.  Breakfasts were fabulous, and the spa became my second home. Ariana and Rocío were an absolute joy to see every day. They were warm, professional and just lovely people. The gym? Better equipped than most London gyms, which is saying something. Dalmar restaurant was so good we went twice. Michelin star ambition is written all over it. Rocío, Vincent, and Maria made it feel like a celebration every time. And then there’s Nerea who is the kind of host who makes you feel like you’re the only guest in the world. We adored her. When we were leaving Andrea and the team were just phenomenal it really made me sad to go. I always say when I feel that emotional it means it was special and every penny spent was so worth it!  It’s wild to think they only opened this year. The team is already operating at top tier level, creating real memories and not just service. Honestly, some of the guests could learn a thing or two about gratitude. When you find perfection, recognise it. Fairmont La Hacienda, you’ve set the bar high for yourselves! We’ll be back."
