"Faultless. A very comfortable hotel, warm welcoming staff and a good selection of excellent food. The rooms were very clean and were cleaned quickly and efficiently. The restaurant staff were attentive, and gave quick drinks service. The overall experience was relaxing and enjoyable. Had a wonderful massage at the hotel too. Complete with hair salon, facials and nail treatments all at a reasonable price. Regular bus service to Estepona, Marbella and Malaga."

"In the last few years we have been using the services of the Melia hotel very often. As usual we are very happy with the hotel, the food and the staff. Everyone is kind and ready to help. The bad thing about this hotel is the location, namely the lack of a promenade along the sea. That is still up to the destination, the city that has done nothing to make the destination more attractive to tourists. This way, without a rent a car you are doomed to boredom or local bus lines that are overcrowded with passengers. As I come from the hotel industry myself, I understand the management of this hotel and I can only say Bravo for everything."

"I’ve stayed at several Melia hotels before, but this one was truly disappointing. The air conditioner in our room didn’t work properly despite several requests for help. The bed was uncomfortable, and the buffet food had no taste with the same dishes repeated daily. The pool water was very cold — I understand not all pools are heated, but with two pools available, it would have been nice if at least one was. The pool area and grass were also quite dirty. Overall, far below the standard I’ve come to expect from Melia."
