Royal Oasis Club at Pueblo Quinta

"Rooms were clean and comfortable. Amenities - Everything there that you could need. Good location close to the beach and park. Good value for money. Cleaning staff were noisy in the morning whilst cleaning the other apartments nearby. Deposit of 100 euro was taken on check-in and still had not been returned 3 days after checkout. No response from reception when emailed about why it hasn't been returned. Booked because of indoor spa but we were told on arrival that my 12 year old couldn't use it (must be 16). Asked for towels for outdoor pool but we were told to go to reception to get them (must leave the pool area and go out towards the road which I didn't want to do in my swimsuit)."

"We have been coming here for 20 years and it's been great until this year.it's been taken over by Hilton and the cleaning is not acceptable. On this visit we have stained sheets, water coming into the apartment, they are not cleaning under the bed, it's full of dust and fluff. These thing happen but we are met with complete indifference by the staff. Last night we had to put towels down to soak up the wet coming in. You used to be able to smell the cleanliness when you entered the flat but now all you feel is itchy."

"Wonderful experience . No hassle no problems! Reception Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly and the welcome was warm . Checked in quickly and given great instruction how to find our apartment . Apartments were on 1st and 2nd floor . There is an elevator but in our block there was firstly stairs to climb before reaching it . Apartments themselves were excellent . Very clean , very spacious and very well fitted out . Washing machine , dishwasher microwave , coffee machine, TV’s with all of the small things you might need. Bathroom was excellent with plenty light, space , hairdryer, heated towel rail and lighted make up mirror . Plenty extra linen in wardrobe and pool towels available at reception . The balconies had substantial solid chairs and a table for four people with comfy pads stored inside. Expected some noise from the road below but this did not materialise . The complex was very secure with gates requiring card entry which we liked. Pool was great and always plenty loungers. Restaurant on site above the pool was lovely inside and out, service excellent and food and service was fab. Plenty of restaurants around and beach five mins walk . Buses outside reception and taxis two mins away . We will definitely be back hopefully soon"
