"Nice Hotel, a little bit out on a limb, with very few buses to take you away from the area. Rooms spacious and clean, with little fridge, tea making facilities and a balcony. Swimming Pool was good, although a little cold! The staff were friendly and helpful most of the time. Food was buffet style, with a good variety of hot and cold food, all be it repetative after two weeks. The food seemed to improve at the weekend when the Spanish people came to eat and we felt that the second week were were there the food quality and choice was not as good, probably because the hotel was shutting down at the beginning of November and they were running down the food. The packed lunch was a joke - we used them when we were going on a bird watching trip. We complained after the first time, but it didnt improve. Plenty of space in the bar both inside and out during day and evening. Always plenty of sunbeds, but dont know how full the hotel was, and if it would be the same during the high season. As it was not the high season, the poolside bar and restaurant were not open."

"The air conditioning cooling system does not work properly. The room during the night was far too hot. I was told it was a hotel wide problem."

"The hotel is a great family hotel. Most of the staff is very attentive and there is a lot of activities for kids. Whilst the kids are at the club, you can enjoy the adult only pool. Note that the hotel is frequented mainly by spaniards, most entertainment is in Spanish. A few negative points: the rooms need an upgrade, the water at the buffet was charged for at night (at a high price) even though it was tap water, the staff at the reception was rude and badly trained, most services in the hotel don’t open until 11.00 which is late in my opinion and the bar at the adult pool is barely open for a couple of hours a day."
