"End of November so too cold to use the pool which was shady most of the time anyway but used the indoor which was OK. All inclusive food and drinks were fine no different from any other Spanish all inclusive good variety, 2 teens and 2 adults and always something to eat. Rooms were large, beds were comfortable and rooms had a fridge and a kettle."

"Food fantastic, staff nice ( expect one on reception) very clean. , room was always clean . Outdoor pool area a shambles needs a serious make over . Snack bar not up to much to be honest . Spa area shocking and not worth the money ."

"Stayed the week of the fiesta, room really big but it’s very very dated , also what’s with the kettle with no cups? What’s the point ? Food-not as bad as expected after reading the reviews, it was very hit n miss though. Pool- the area is disgusting and filthy, no sun after 12.45pm as it goes behind the large building, not sure what it would be like during the summer months, obv not the hotel’s fault. Cleaning- not great, think the maid literally just made the beds an dropped clean towels off each day. Bar-ridiculous system in place were you have to give a token in to get a glass for your drink, just absolute laziness IMO, can’t comment on the alcohol as we didn’t have any, coke was fine though. We didn’t arrive until 22.45pm and on the day we were leaving they cut our bands off at 12, we weren’t leaving until 6pm so this was very disappointing. I also had 4 x MAC lipsticks robbed out of my make up bag which I didn’t notice until I got home. This hotel is absolutely NOT 4 stars, it’s a 2 at best. I wouldn’t stay here again an I wouldn’t recommend it either, far better places to stay."
