"Our stay at this hotel was a huge letdown. The food was absolutely terrible — everything tasted like it came out of a microwave, with no flavor or care put into it. Breakfast was cold, and dinner wasn’t any better — bland, poorly prepared, and clearly not worth the price. Worse than the food was the staff’s attitude. Every time we brought up an issue, the only response we ever got was, “There’s nothing we can do.” No effort to help, no alternatives offered, just complete indifference. It felt like management had checked out completely, and the staff couldn’t care less about guest experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values its guests."

"We stayed here for the Barcelona grand prix. We checked out and when we arrived at the airport I realised I had left my airpods in the room. I rang immediately and explained the situation. The manager told me he went to check the room and they were gone. Because they were AirPods pros I could send him the location and you could see they had left my room, I tried to palm me off saying it might be another guest that took them but we vacated the room minutes before so the only people in the room after us would be hotel staff. They ignored my email and the following day the location had moved down across the city to an apartment complex. I sent the location and asked what they were doing about it. He again tried to palm me off saying he had asked housekeeping and it wasn't them. They then ignored all my emails from that point. I wouldn't stay here ever again as they can't be trusted with the belongings of there guests. Book somewhere else, You have been warned..."
