"Went for a massage and body scrub( 30 minutes…Isabella did a fantastic job however these services are over priced. It cost me 350$ Canadian for the above mentioned Canadians think twice $$$ We also ordered a soya tofu bowl and unfortunately there was absolutely no taste of soya in the tofu or salad .. very disappointed… Will not return."

"Great hotel! It’s a little bit further away from the waterfront, but it’s very easy and affordable to get around — an Uber was only about €7 each time. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well looked after. Friendly staff and a nice, relaxed atmosphere. Would happily stay here again!"

"We booked at this hotel for two night in September the room that we got was clean but the problem was the roon was cold and humid 19.0C humidity in the low 70% measured with a hydro/thermometer. The next day they gave an other room. The same thing except the humidity was at 63%. The morning on the day that we were leaving for the douro Valley. The unit in celling that cool and heat the room was dripping water. I advised the reception. We left to for the douro valley and came back for two more days. The room they gave us on the 6th floor was very cold the temperature around 19.0C and humidity at 65% i didn't complain the next day we went out and came back around 7:00 pm the temperature in the room was 18:0 C. I called the reception to advised them of the problem.we left for the dinner when we came back around 10:00 room temperature was still around 18.0C called the reception they said they will send someone, after 20 minutes nobody came to look at the problem since the next morning we had to catch our plane in the morning I called to cancel. If you are sensitive to temperature and humidity i dont recommend this hotel. Location wise it is good around 20 to 25 minutes from downtown, breakfast is over priced. Parking is around 25 euro dont remember the exact amount but if you park on the street it is free from 7:00 pm to 9:00 am we never had a problem parking on the street."
