"You will not be disappointed with this hotel. It is immaculately clean and the staff are very friendly and professional. There is a huge selection of breakfast items which were all delicious We used the Metro from the airport to Francos station, which is a 15 minute walk away. We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay and would love to return."

"From the moment we walked into the Crowne Plaza Porto, we were impressed. The hotel immediately made a great impression with its elegant scent and beautiful, spacious entrance. We were warmly greeted and offered a welcome drink of port wine, which was a lovely touch and very fitting for Porto. Our room was large, clean, and comfortable—plenty of space to relax after a day of exploring the city. A particularly nice touch was the welcome gift in the room: a small bottle of port wine and two delicious pastéis de nata, which made us feel right at home. There was also a very comfortable lounge chair that quickly became a favorite spot to unwind. Breakfast was another highlight. The setup felt more like a restaurant than a typical hotel buffet, which added to the overall experience. While the pastries could have been a bit fresher or more varied, the selection was good, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate special requests—they even prepared eggs to our liking that weren’t in the buffet. They had ice and fresh cherries which made my day! Overall, a great stay with thoughtful details and excellent service. We would return."

"We were part of a tour group and stayed here for three nights. It is not near anything, so plan on a car service( taxi or Uber). I would not agree that employees here are helpful nor friendly. We were on the 5th floor when many from our group were on the 12th and 15th floor. We were given a handicap room and was a strange layout. Not in good shape. Filthy chair, chipped painted walls. There is constant construction( remodeling rooms) morning till evening. We literally had it right above our room, it was annoying. We were told the first day it stops at 5, however second day we called at 5:30 and complained about the noise, reception laughed, yes literally laughed/ snicker that it stops at 6! That is 100% unacceptable. The breakfast is a nice selection of items, but again employees not so helpful, had to literally go up to waitress and ask for coffee. I would not recommend, but if you do ask for higher floor and away from construction. Shame on employees for being rude!"
