"This hotel is in an excellent location. The rooms are quite good, small, but you only go there to sleep! Would've been nice to have a kettle in the room. Beds are comfortable. My reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the fact that this hotel has neither a restaurant, nor a bar! On checking in we were told that the restaurant is accessed through 'the secret door', which led to the restaurant next door, which sadly wasn't big enough to cope with all the clients in the hotel; people were queueing up waiting for tables and indeed some people gave up and went to buy breakfast elsewhere, not very good when you've paid for B&B! There is a bar area, but unfortunately no actual bar! I would stay there again, but only if it was on a room only basis."

"I cannot say enough positive things about this hotel. The front desk staff was the most friendly and helpful staff I have encountered in a long time. The lounge/bar area is stylish and comfortable. The room is beautiful with a comfortable bed. The location is perfect for walking and accessing the sites. The restaurant next door in very good. I had the breakfast included in my rate, and there were lots of choices."

"The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are small, but you are in the heart of Lisbon. Step outside to restaurants and shopping. Sites are a short walk. There is a bar area to hang out, also. The beds are comfortable, and not too hard. There is a coffee maker in the room. The showers are great with excellent water pressure. The hotel is perfect to see Lisbon."
