Royal Mansour Marrakech

"It's a lovely place but we wish we had stayed at La Mamounia - we stayed at both places in order to make a comparison. Our riad was very nice, no doubt about it, but we grew weary of the two flights of stairs to the bedroom area. Rooftop terrace was on the fourth floor. We had great meals in the french restaurant and room service meal from the moroccan restaurant, however our waiter took a half bottle of champagne with him after delivering the room service meal. Breakfast was great. Hamman bath was fabulous."

"When booking our first trip to Marrakesh we were torn between here and the Mamounia but having eaten and visited both now this beats Mamounia hands down for anyone wanting an authentic Moroccan experience with global 5 star services and food. We really couldn't fault it and would definitely return. The facilities, spa, restaurants were all wonderful (Marocaine restaurant is a must) and the riads were absolutely stunning.. Staff couldn't have done more for us. Not a budget option but well worth the money if you can afford it you won't be disappointed."
