"Emailed the hotel prior to arrival with our room requests and Elvan was prompt to reply and she kindly accommodated everything we asked for, we loved both our beautiful rooms that were conveniently allocated next door to each other which we appreciated. I did mention it was a holiday to celebrate my parents anniversary though but sadly this was never acknowledged. On arrival there was no real greeting or welcome but the reception staff were friendly enough. We weren't given much info as to how to get around so we were just wandering around a bit lost when we arrived. The grounds of the hotel are stunning and immaculate. The golf buggy staff are lovely but we chose to mostly walk. We were in the furthest block from the beach but we liked this as it was so peaceful. The rooms are spacious with a good size balcony. The view from our rooms was beautiful. We paid for limited sea view and we were very happy with our rooms and views. Bathrooms are nice, just a shower which was hot and powerful. There is a coffee machine in the room but you had to pay for coffee capsules so we took our own kettle and tea/coffee etc which for a 4 star hotel isn't what I would expect but we were prepared so no big deal for us. There was an iron/ironing board in the room which is useful. It is so easy to get bottled water around the hotel whenever you need it which is fab. Barista coffee is also easy to get whenever you fancy which as we are not big drinkers was great for us. The wifi was good and I took a fire stick so I could stream Netflix as it wasn't a smart tv. All in all I could not fault our rooms and they were very clean. There is a sauna/pool you can use for free as a guest and we enjoyed this a couple of times which was really nice. Spa treatments were expensive but they had an offer of 20% off which by the time we realised we were a bit late. It would have been nice if they could have mentioned this when they emailed the spa menu as then we would have booked some treatments for our arrival. The food was fantastic here and nicely presented with lots of variety so always something new to try. No a la carte restaurant option for all inclusive guests here which would have been nice as it is just one main buffet however they had a few rooms off the main area which all offered lovely dining areas. We personally prefer to dine al fresco when on holiday but this was a challenge. Dinner only runs from 7.30pm-9.30pm so people actually queue up for when the doors open to grab a table outside. This is not the relaxed holiday vibe for us. We were happy to eat later on after the rush but then the food was put away prompt at 9.30pm so then sometimes felt rushed to enjoy our dinner. There is a large part of the patio reserved for guests buying a bottle of wine which personally seemed unfair as not everyone drinks alcohol. I do feel there could be a better system even though we still enjoyed it. It was nice that they also had an adult only dining room. Breakfast was great also and you could get mimosas which was fab. Noureddine the restaurant manager was polite, friendly and helpful. Most of the staff we encountered were very lovely and friendly just the odd few that weren't. Entertainment was good. We stayed 6 nights and only really saw one show in the theatre which was the greatest showman theme. It was great and we loved it but sadly on our other nights no real shows as such. There was some things in the bar area but it was too busy to get a seat and enjoy them. It would have also been nice to have a Moroccan theme one evening as we never really heard any Moroccan music during our stay, Hawaiian night was very well organised but we missed having any North African entertainment during our stay. There are some nice areas to enjoy a drink alfresco but we just enjoyed an after dinner drink on our balcony most evenings which was so lovely as our balcony was great. The beach was lovely, though when we went in September it was too rough for swimming. But even late in the day we always got sun loungers and it was very relaxing as there is no loud music which was perfect for us. Lunch was a buffet restaurant by the beach with lots of seating. No real service at lunch time but we were happy just to sort ourselves out. The views out to sea were beautiful. This hotel is beautiful, the grounds, the rooms, the beach and we are very glad we chose this hotel. With a few improvements it would be perfect. I would recommend this hotel and would happily return. I could have enjoyed the room views forever they are just stunning. The balcony was not overlooked and the room was lovely and quiet. The cats around the hotel are adorable, we love animals so this was a big plus for us. We had a lovely cat who came to see us each day. This a big resort and even in September it was busy especially at mealtimes, thankfully the grounds and beach always felt much quieter and more relaxed. If you are looking for a quiet hotel with a friendly vibe Robinson has this, they even have their own theme song :-) Thank you to the staff who made us feel so welcome and took time to chat to us. I did feel this hotel lacked the personal touch with guests which was a shame but we still had a great time. This was our second visit to Morocco, our first to Agadir and a Robinson hotel and based on this experience I would be happy to book with this hotel brand again as the standard is high here."

"Excellent !!!!!!! We stayed here for a week and had the chilled holiday we wanted. Yes it is a German run hotel and yes 90% of the guest are German, but we are lucky enough to speak a little German. We had no issue with communion with staff or other guests. We never felt left out or side lined because we are English. But I can see why others would have problems, it is not ran for an English holiday and we liked that. We asked for a quite room, which was a good 10min walk from the main hotel, but there is a golf cart that will run you back and forth if you are not up for the walk. Room, it was a wonderful room, clean with sea view, bed was comfy, asked for more pillows and they were bought in under 5 mins. Large bathroom, excellent shower good pressure, good quality towel's and not tiny. Big wardrobes, great makeup/getting ready station. The bedroom staff did a great job, even after being on the beach for the morning, never a trace of sand left in our room. Lots of plug socks and all-in places you need them and usb sockets which you don't always get even in the UK. Food, Amazing food at every meal, hot and plenty of it. We tried new dishes every night, the fruit and cheeses excellent, I would just have liked figs on offer at dinner. We enjoyed the large tables and having other people join you for dinner, we met some real characters, made a few nights very interesting. There are also 2 seater tables if you don't want company. Drinks, cold beer, great choice of cocktails and a fabulous selection of brand alcohol which you payed a little extra for. Evening entertainment was some of the best we have had ever on holiday, The Greatest Show was spectacular, 80's/90's night was so fun. We also liked that it didn't start till 9:45pm you could chill and have a drink in the bar before dancing the night away. Our favourite was Hawaiian night, so much hard work by ALL the staff is put into the evening, a wonderful memory for years to come. The bar staff are 1st rate, my husband never had an empty glass, and as I don't drink they made me some wonderful milkshakes. I used the Spa and it was excellent, clean and well staffed. So peaceful, wish I was there writing this not in rainy England. Out door pool could do with a little heat, but again clean and well looked after. Beach, clean and well watched went down on my own when hubby played golf and felt totally safe. Golf centre, Hubby rented clubs for the stay and played a few rounds, staff very helpful and the price and courses were excellent. The Grounds of the hotel are superb, so well cared for and you could spend all day walking round them. Activities are endless, you will always find something to do, our only bug is that we were not allowed to play boules as a couple out side of the organised activity. We truly had a wonderful week, and will be back again may 2 weeks next year. The only downside was are arrival, 3am after TUI flights late and no shows on buses. The hotel had NO water, coffee, tea, juice or something to nibble eg pastries on offer, we could have had Wine though. Hope they improve this, as the bad start did not reflect the rest of the holiday and the excellent hotel and staff."
