Jam-packed seafront stay
Gardens give way to soft sands at Robinson Club Agadir, which has managed to snag a seafront spot on Agadir Beach. And if you’re a keen golfer you’d be hard pushed to find a better spot to stay – there are four courses within a half-hour drive of the hotel.
Venturing out is definitely not necessary though – this place is packed to the rafters with activities and facilities to keep you as busy (or not!) as you like. The main pool is super spacious, with plenty of sun loungers to go around if lazy days are on the agenda. If it’s something a bit sportier you’re after, choose between tennis, beach volleyball, football, and more. Weekly competitions and games are organised by the team here, so grab the gang and get stuck in.
Fancy riding some waves? Whether you're an savvy surfer or a total beginner, this is a fantastic place to hone your skills. Just enquire at reception if you're interested in finding out more about the opportunities available.
They’ve got a bumper fitness offering, too, including a gym, cycling studio, and a dedicated group fitness room that hosts the likes of yoga and dance classes. Saunter over to the spa, meanwhile, and alongside an indoor pool you’ll find a sauna, Hammam, and a relaxation room dedicated to finding your inner zen. There’s an impressive line-up of massages and therapies, too, so if you fancy treating yourself to a bit of pampering, this is the place to do it.
Considering bringing the kids? Visit in the high season and there’re three separate kids’ clubs to cater for everyone between the ages of three and seventeen. Workshops, excursions, and games are organised six days a week, plus there’s an outdoor playground and pocket-sized swimming pool just for the little ones.
As for what you can expect on the food front, the main restaurant is a buffet number that changes up the menu daily, with a choice of international and local eats. A second restaurant down at the beach opens its doors in the afternoon so you can grab a bite in between sunbathing sessions. There’re three bars dotted around the complex, too, with one at the shore, one in the main hotel, and one disco spot that’s open a couple of nights a week where you can really let your hair down.
Just so you know, Robinson Club Agadir operates a dress code in the evenings for the restaurant and bar. It's smart casual, so no beachwear or bare chests, plus shoes with long trousers in the evenings. Stylish flip-flops (e.g. leather) are allowed.
