"Came in November for a 1 week half board break, and it did not disapount, hotel excellent staff professional, room comfortable, location spot on.
First day, room and check in spot on, though our first room disappointed, as the room smelt of damp and the wall felt wet, reception gave us another room, however cold, two single beds, dark room.
Room number 3 proved to be a Junior suite, though street view and no balcony, however how much time do you spend on the balcony.
Queen sized comfortable bed, big bathroom, plenty of 24hour hot water, however heating in the hotel was off.
WiFi was also a problem, but staff sorted.
Lounges comfortable, entertainment was rather repetitive, solo singer every night, same songs. Charasmatic to the extent that everyone was up dancing to the wee hours.
Restaurant was comfortable, food exceptional and varied, selection changes daily, no pizza or chips in sight, Moroccon food at its best.
Sweets to die for.
Look out for the resident photographer, charges 30 drm per picture.
Resident animators look after entertaining around the pool, pool table costs 10drm, table tennis is free.
Lounge has very small library, mainy German and Russian books.
Pool not heated, only 1mtr depth throughout, though there is a much deeper section and seperate child's pool.
Beach outside back of hotel, private section, plenty of comfortable beds and clean mattress.. lots of touts.
Very clean , security plenty day and night.
My advice is don't use hotel or local trip reps.
We used Use your guide, hotel reps will tell you to keep away, not reliable, etc..their prices where a third of everyone elses.
Punctual, clean coaches, experienced guides,
The quad bike price was £16 per person, 5 hour trip, your insurance won't cover this activity, its very rough, beach terrain, road stretches, half hour tea stop.
Well maintained bikes, helmets and hair nets.
Marrakech is a waist of time, 7 hour road trip you are whisked at top speed through the market, an hour at a factory selling health products, 1 hour at an over priced roof top restaurant and an hour free time with no where to go.
We paid £26each.
If you are adventurous jump on any local bus, flat fare of 40p, ride to the end of the route see real Agadir, and ride back clean buses no rubbish meet the locals.
The bus station is 10 minutes walk.
Orange taxis are half the price of the white and yellow. Fare to market 10drm, or 40p by bus.
King's Palace is 15minute walk, on way to market.
Booked holiday through Love holidays, average price Jet2holidays from Leeds Bradford.
Private transfer with vip transfer outward, 3o min transfer , door to door.
Will use again, better than Tui.
NB The cable car is a waste of money, expensive and nothing at the top of mountain cept sand and a camel, give it a miss."
