"This hotel is everything you want when you come to Venice, right next to the trainstation and close to a big supermarket. The hotel has a beautiful entrance, reception and dining room. The rooms are great and the beds are so comfortable. We had a room away from the street and it was so quiet. We didn't book breakfast at first but then we saw pictures of it in the reception, and booked it. Amazing with scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, yoghurt, seeds, juices and cakes. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Angela!"

"Such a wonderful convenient hotel, just a few steps from the train station, although you do not hear the trains at the hotel at all. A decent breakfast that was replenished often. Staff were all lovely, room was good with a big shower. The little courtyard on the ground level is great to escape the crowds of Venice."

"Check in was a breeze, the check out process was not so. We reserved 2 nights with breakfast included, on the day before check out, knowing that our check out time was earlier than when breakfast is being served, we asked the staff if we can have packed breakfast instead, but it never materialized. The staff on the reception desk on the morning of our check out did not know where the packed breakfast for us, we just left."
