"The hotel was very well located. The food in the area was very good. Breakfast was plentiful. But the best part was the relationship established with managers Diego and Massimo. They were extremely friendly and helpful, as this was our first time in Florence (Firenza)."

"We drove straight past the Hotel upon arrival since its entire facade was covered in dust sheets and was hidden from view. We called the Hotel “Tarpaulin Towers”. The building work did not disturb us. Not a lot of soundproofing from neighbouring rooms. Very comfortable bed; the sheets seemed to be thin and not quite fit the bed. The television offered a couple of English speaking channels. Good breakfast provision and well staffed. Vehicle parking was an option; and our car was looked after properly. The hot water tap could not keep up with patrons’ demand one morning; but for the rest of the time the situation was satisfactory -so just about achieving an average rating."

"Hotel is situated in the heart of Florence. It has a warm atmosphere with friendly and helpful front desk staff. The rooms were a descent size and were very clean. The room however was cold, but had no heating. There was scaffolding outside our window that obstructed our view of the city. It had a descent breakfast with good service. Hotel was situated in a good location. walking distance to many things."
