"This hotel is a very nice hotel in a great location. Staff was excellent and very accommodating. Good restaurant recommendations. Walking distance to main thoroughfare in Palermo along with most restaurants, the market, opera house and marina. No onsite restaurant but excellent complimentary daily breakfast. Location was very quiet. Fitness room was available but we did not use it. Room was spacious and clean. Overall very happy with this hotel and would definitely recommend."

"We arrived late on a Sunday night to be welcomed by a young gentleman who had spent time in the UK & made us feel extremely welcome. He made sure we were aware where to go for breakfast the next morning & how to find our room. The hotel has been recently refurbished & feels fresh. Your in the city but it's a quiet location. The waitresses at breakfast are lovely always happy & very helpful. The reception team have been full of information & happy to take time & explain with the use of maps on where to go & how best to find your way around. The cleaner is full of energy & keeps the room spotless. The gym is adequate there's some quality kit in there treadmill & multi gym. Plus an exercise bike & rowing machine. The free weights are also useful. A wonderful stay & really recommend this little gem. "
