"The hotel is quiet and clean, but pretty basic. While there is a restaurant onsite it caters more to the breakfast buffet, and lacks any ambience for a dinner. No fitness center. The location is perfect if you’re visiting a nearby business, however it is not convenient to restaurants or the city center. While priced well, I would not recommend the location for a typical tourist."

"This is not a great stay To start a poor location in city of Milan Desolate (nothing around) Long distance from Metro and Airport Taxi from MXP. 33 min drive no traffic at 10 pm cost 125 eu Better option from LIN 50 min metro + 15 min walk from Metro to Hotel. Sidewalk in poor condition making luggage pull more difficult than necessary between Bisceglie Metro and Hotel. They must be writing their own reviews. No stores, restaurants or cafes close to the hotel. Shuttle to the airport costs 80 eu or limo 110eu - therefore hotel offers no free shuttle ! So that’s a zero star on location and amenities! Breakfast for a fee, 50eu. Are you kidding me. Sorry I can eat in a 5star restaurant for that. The reception. Was disappointing as in arriving, we found stepped on dog poo in the primary elevator. The room is tiny, efficient but claustrophobic. There are no instructions of amenities. For example, the fridge was turned off. Why? No instructions on how to get going… at ground level the front desk staff had to come and assist. He wasn’t sure how to turn it on. The switch which was on the upper frame of the door (upside down) … meaning he had to kneel down stick his head in the fridge. Look up to see the switch and turn it on. Needless to say our cold drinks warmed … as the fridge took hours to get cool! Not exactly the services we require. Though I’m fit, there is no way aged patrons would be able to manage this yoga executable requirement. No clear instructions on how to turn on AC. Sorry another strike zero stars. No ice bucket in room. Have to get it at the front desk. At the front desk, no ice buckets. Not available they don’t have any. Was provided a small glass with 6 ice cubes. Thanks. Warm white wine for our guests who bring their own. lol Plastic under-pad on top of another pad to protect their bed. Creating a sweat fest … we had to remove it. Water pressure was not very powerful. But hot. The cleaning staff were the best part of our stay. Hard working, supportive and polite. So this location blows. And doesn’t deserve two stars. Except for the cleaning staff."

"The website says there is room service and a restaurant open for lunch and dinner. I am currently stying here and have been sick so I did not go out with the group. There is no room service. There is not the ability to get lunch either. My husband cannot buy me food at the grocery store because the refrigerator does not work. It’s also difficult to get clean towels, many in our group were flat told no. Mostly right now for me it’s saying one thing on the website about amenities nd then not having them."
