"Disappointing. I wouldn’t go back. I was on the 6th floor and facing the back so my room wasn’t noisy (as some reviewers have complained). My room was also of a good size. Breakfast was poor - poor tasting coffee, low quality foods. The light about the mirror in the bathroom didn’t work. The shower was the kind you might use in the bath and hook up on a peg to shower. There were no grab handles to help you get in and out, and no non-slip bathmat. I thought that was dangerous and I’m old. Otherwise, just very average."

"I wouldn’t rate this a 4 star hotel. It’s a budget hotel ok for just getting your head down. The room was stuck on warm air so we had to sleep with window open and therefore kept awake by the continuous police sirens throughout the night. There was a small wardrobe and nowhere to store your luggage away. We ended living out of our suitcases for the 4 days. In the bath there was a handheld shower head, no shower curtain so you flooded the bathroom. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable. There is a free breakfast but the hot items were cold. The staff were nice and helpful. The hotel is a short walk to the metro, I’d recommend the travel ticket which allows you free tram, bus and metro which you can purchase in the underground (this wasn’t the Budapest City card). There is shopping centre and restaurants close by. The hotel was a bit out dated, but was clean."

"Staff were very helpful, Breakfast had plenty of choices, efficiently run Room was clean and comfortable It's location was perfect for exploring the city, close to the metro and airport bus. Excellent cafes and restaurants close by, and great to stroll along the Danube"
