Dinner is served at the Selene restaurant in the peaceful interior courtyard, which feels like a Moroccan riad, with pretty floor tiles, lush plants, and a bubbling fountain. The fine dining menu is exceptional, celebrating Mediterranean flavours with beautifully presented dishes. Breakfast is also served at Selene, laid out as a buffet.
