"Very bad hotel! Don't go there! Cigarette stinking! We had a 2-room apartment for five and it was in bad shape. Smelly and dirty. Not at all like the pictures. The bar was stinking of some weird cigarettes that the staff was smoking all the time. I don't know if the pool was cleaned at all during the week we was there. Breakfast was very simple too. Don't waste your money on this hotel! It needs renovation and the staff needs basic cleaning skills and cleaning equipment. And the manager needs to change his attitude for his guests!"

"The hotel and rooms DO not resemble the smart and modern appearance advertised online. Upon arrival, after a short flight delay, we were greeted unprofessionally with the comment: “It was lucky I’m still here, five minutes later and check-in would have been closed.” Even though their website says check-in is from 3 - 00 hours. The first room allocated to us was very sparsely furnished, with a tiny kitchen area, chipped cupboards, and a stained worktop. Essential utensils were missing (just a bread knife, no corkscrew available anywhere in the building. The toilet leaked continuously, leaving the bathroom floor wet throughout our stay. No assistance was available with luggage. There was no internet access in our initial room. It took two days of repeated requests before we could ask the manager to change our room as was rarely present. When we did see her, she appeared disorganised, unprofessional, and at one point even shouted at us when we asked about possibility of changing our room. She didn’t seem to know which rooms were free, guest records seemed to be kept only on handwritten sheets of paper. In the new room, although the internet worked, the shower was broken and unusable (the shower head blew off when turned on, meaning we could not shower until it was fixed the following day. On another evening, the lights and electricity in the room failed completely. The only thing in this hotels favour is it's location, although there is building work alongside, and one day the builder threw a bucket of waste down and clouds of smoke came over our balcony. The outside space was unloved and scubby bare earth with few plants. We didn't have breakfast as when we looked there were some fried egss which looked like they'd been there for days, greasy looking bacon and bright pink sausages and a few pastries, at the inflated price of 12 euros each."
