"We had a wonderful first visit to Arina Beach. The hotel was very clean and staff all very friendly. Our six year old absolutely loved the kids club, mini disco and evening entertainment (as did we). The food was excellent and so much variety. Everything is located within easy reach and wherever you are in the hotel you are never far from somewhere to grab a drink or something to eat (whatever time of the day). Crepes, pancakes and ice cream at the waterpark were a big hit! Visiting in October meant that the outdoor pools were on the cold side but we really loved that we could use the indoor pool at the spa in the mornings as this meant our six year old could get a good amount of swim time in every day. Also, very handy to have the gym available near the indoor pool. A couple of areas for improvement: When we first arrived (a few days before the start of the half term week in England) there was plenty of space around the pools and people were generally abiding by the no reserving sun loungers rule (there are signs attached to the umbrellas detailing this). Unfortunately, once the hotel got a little busier that did change with people reserving sun loungers and then disappearing for hours on end which meant it was harder to move around to different pools/locations during the day (which is a nice thing to be able to do if you have children that don’t stay still for long)! The few times we visited the main pool area the music being played by the bar/coffee area was not child appropriate, with frequent expletives or inappropriate language in songs being played. This is something that could easily be fixed and make the area more enjoyable for everyone (as a family hotel). As a result we spent most of our time at the water park or heart shaped pool where they don’t play music."
