"Constructive feedback to improve experience: - Put up lights in the playground. - The restaurant serving area could be extended to provide more food options and space. The kids selection was minimal (3 options including boiled chicken which is not appealing to kids). Also couldn’t find aioli sauce anywhere. - I wouldn’t advise getting a jacuzzi room if you have a family- the rooms are actually really small and we asked to move. - Put more people making omelettes- the queues were long sometimes. - Other than the kids club- there was no animation team. - Change the mini disco to the main entertainment area. At the moment it’s in the playground outside the kids club which is pitch black with just a disco light. - The beach next to the hotel is ok- the sunbeds are on a slant because of the sand which is annoying and could do with being flattened. If you walk further a long there are nicer bits but you have you pay for sunbeds etc. Pros: - Staff friendly and helpful. - Very clean. - Food was nice- but more options needed. Desserts were really good. - Pools and areas were maintained to a good standard. - The drinks at the main bar were good- using branded spirits. (Need this at the aqua park pool too). - Kids club staff were friendly and putting on nice activities for the kids. - Iron and board in the rooms which is very helpful. Very relaxing holiday. I would say this is more a 3-4*."

"Arrived home Monday. My husband and I travelled with my daughter, her partner and their son, so we had two rooms. They had a room with a pool.which they loved and we had a side sea view room which I couldn't fault for the two of us. The hotel.is very clean with excellent staff who are very helpful. Rooms are cleaned daily. We found the food lovely with a reasonable choice every day. The pools and waterpark are excellent for the children and that is why we went to this hotel. If we had just been a couple then we would choose alternative accommodation because we like to walk and feel that the hotel is not in an ideal position for that as it is a family hotel and most people stay on the complex. My daughter and I had a lovely massage whilst there and i would recommend a visit to the spa if you choose this hotel. Highly recommend for families"
