Maritim Hotel Muenchen

"The negative side, the cleanliness was horrible of the room did not meet expectations. The bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned, and there were cobwebs visible on the ceilings and curtains (as shown in the photos). This was disappointing upon check-in. On the positive side, the reception staff, especially Safa, were very kind and helpful, doing their best to resolve the situation. The restaurant was excellent — offering a wide variety of dishes with great quality. In addition, the location was very convenient, being close to both the train and metro stations. With some improvements in housekeeping, this place could provide a much better overall experience."

"Although the hotel is located near the city center, the area didn't feel safe at all. I was especially afraid in the evenings. There was a public parking lot next to the hotel entrance, and there were a lot of people fighting or drinking alcohol there at night. There's a strip club right next to the street. For these reasons, I felt very uneasy about entering the hotel in the evening or at night."

"Excellent facilities and the room is big and comfortable. Room is clean and bed is comfortable for sleep. The hotel location is really good, which close to train station, and the breakfast is really delicious and with lot of variety. There is some bar and restaurant nearby, quite convenience."
