"Great location, helpful service at the front desk, and comfortable rooms. The bathroom requires a minor rearrangement; the glass shield is too short to block splashing water while taking a shower. I had to shower as close to the opposite wall as possible and use very low water pressure; otherwise, I had to wipe litres of water from the bathtub enclosure and floor. There was a lack of variety in savoury breakfast options"

"Updated and very clean venue but very confusing walk back to your room from parking garage. Receptionist was Russian and not very friendly. She gave us a map for the parking. Parking garage is around the corner underneath the second part of the Hotel. We had to walk through the parking garage through a connector corridor into the building that our room is situated in. We were not informed that you had to swipe your room key in the elevator in order for it to work. The room itself is very clean and modern. Towels are nice- one bath towel and one hand towel each. No Kleenex. Hand soap at sink, body gel in shower. You must ensure that the glass door on the shower is not over the edge of the tub or you will have a flood on the floor. This hotel nickel and dimes you - 12.00 Euro for parking, 20.00 to unlock the kitchenette in your room and a 300.00 Euro security deposit if you've never stayed at an appart'hotel previously. The Hotel itself has been updated and very clean which should garner a 5/5 but because of all the hidden costs and the crazy situation with the parking, it deserves a 3/5 at best."

"I would not recommend this hotel. The first apartment we were given was filthy, with stains everywhere and mould on the walls. We asked to move, but the second room was just as dirty — so much so that we didn’t even feel comfortable sitting down. The bathroom was modern and fine, but the rest of the apartment was in very poor condition. We booked expecting proper sleeping arrangements, but there was only one double bed and a broken sofa bed. The sofa bed was rickety with a badly stained mattress, and we weren’t informed in advance that this would be the setup. The location is okay — about a 15-minute walk to the seafront — but it feels too far from many of the main restaurants. Overall, extremely disappointing stay and definitely not worth the money."
