"The hotel is new, the service is very nice, everyone from the room attendant to the manager. The animation team is amazing, the food is good, the beach and reef are amazing.
Upon arrival, the hotel itself was impressive. We arrived at 3:30 a.m., so I didn't even feel like asking for a better room. The receptionist provided quick and friendly service, and the porter quickly showed us everything as we walked to our room. Upon reaching our room, I was shocked because we weren't given a garden-view room, as we'd booked, but a family room—a two-room room with a pool and partial sea view. A moment later, we were also delivered rolls with cold meats and cheeses because the kids were hungry. The main room had a huge bed, a sofa, a refrigerator stocked daily with drinks like Pepsi, 7Up, Mirinda, and water, a kettle with tea and coffee making facilities, an ironing board, a kettle, and a free safe. There was a TV, a large wardrobe, and plenty of storage space. The bed and bedding were comfortable and cozy. There was also a table and two chairs on tarace. The second room had two beds and a large wardrobe. The window had a balcony-style railing. The bathroom has a large shower, toilet, hairdryer, toiletries (shaving, toothbrush, etc.), and even a scale - if anyone wants to keep track of the "all-inclusive" experience. The hotel has many elevators and stairs and ramp for wheelchairs . If I remember correctly, it has four floors. It has three swimming pools, a 45cm paddling pool, a very large unheated pool (until November 20th, it was like that, but swimmable) and a smaller heated one, both 140cm. The hotel has a clinic where consultations are free, but I strongly recommend purchasing private insurance because the cost of our son's treatment (anaphylactic shock) was almost €1,000. It's better to be safe. The doctors are professional and very caring. The hotel also has two a la carte restaurants (free) that you can use three times a week. The Asian restaurant (we didn't go to the Italian one) was very tasty. The buffet was so delicious that we couldn't motivate ourselves to go to the a la carte restaurant. The desserts are excellent. I haven't had them in a while where you can see they're using ganache instead of thickened cream. The hotel shop is reasonably priced (e.g., chips $1, jelly beans $2). The pharmacy outside the hotel has normal prices, e.g., Antinal $2, children's paracetamol $3. The lobby bar has a great atmosphere, plenty of space, and tasty drinks. Thanks to Natalia from the animation team, we were able to watch the Poland-Netherlands match. The hotel also has a snack restaurant by the beach, but we didn't use it. The kids only ate from the ice cream machine. The bar by the theater/pool area was friendly and the staff were regularly refilled with drinks, whether for the pool or the show. The lifeguard (unfortunately, I don't remember his name) oversees the pools closer to the beach – a great guy. He taught my sons Arabic, threw them toys to dive with, and kept an eye on them. The hotel also has a ping-pong table, football table, a spa, a gym, and an excellent diving school. "Dave, more"over, their approach and knowledge are top-notch. My husband has been diving for about 20 years and said that if he wasn't at this hotel and were to dive again, he would take a taxi and go to them. My 10-year-old son has dived 2nd time, but this time he's had every piece of equipment explained to him in an engaging way. The beach and reef are so beautiful that my husband isn't disappointed that he didn't dive on a boat, but from shore. In the reef near the hotel, you can spot barracuda, stingrays, firefish, water snakes, and many other fish whose names I don't know. The beach also has loungers with hammocks, a bar, and a gazebo for yoga or stretching. The hotel itself is in the closed area - Sahl Hasheesh with a beautiful promenade, no one bothers you. You can rent golf cars or take a walk. At the end (unfortunately, we didn't make it) are beautiful fountains. Because the region is so far from the center of Hurghada, travel agencies often charge $5 per person for the tour. It's still worth it. As for the animation team, the guys at the aqua aerobics are fantastic. Fun and exercise all rolled into one. It was regular exercise for me and my 10-year-old son. It was our time. Darts is a son-and-daddy activity. The entire animation team is incredibly friendly and funny, and even my 6-year-old had a great time during the stretching. I probably missed a lot because it slipped my mind, but as soon as we can afford it, we'll definitely be back. P.S. The hotel's Facebook review scared me, but thank God it was the complete opposite. I know people often ask about rooms with a pool. Honestly, I wouldn't take one. They're right next to the main restaurant, so there's always someone there. And half the day, depending on the location, is shaded. If anyone asks if anything could be improved—sure, there always is. Maybe for those who need it, butter instead of margarine, or more seafood, or something else. Others might be missing attractions for children or other things. In 11 days with a 10- and 6-year-old who brought a whole suitcase of games and we plapool just three times. The pool, reef, ping-pong, volleyball, and entertainment team were definitely enough for them. Sometimes the excursions and spa can be overwhelming, but that's only for those who are undecided. If you can give a firm answer, it's peace. We also went on trips to Cairo, the new museum, and the dolphin house. Cairo is a long way. Departure 00:15-22:30 (late dinner until 23:30: soup, starter, main course, but everyone gets the same thing). The journey is bearable, but worth seeing. Unfortunately, the museum is so big , beautiful and interesting that 1.5 hours isn't enough. I recommend spending the whole day there. Dolphin House - you can find other tours with the same name for half the price. They claim there are different tours; reservations and special permits are required, and there were a less people then the others. We went on this one. Was it the same as the cheaper ones? I don't know. There were definitely few boats and about 20 people on board. We saw many dolphins and had the opportunity to snorkel with them several times, but I still don't know if it would have been the same if it had been a different month, or if it wasn't the same trip like others.
Ps. We give it 10/10."
