"Our stay at Jaz Asteria was honestly amazing from start to finish. The service was outstanding, and every single member of staff made such an effort to make us feel welcome and looked after. The atmosphere was always warm and friendly, and we genuinely felt at home from the moment we arrived. A huge shoutout to Mayo from the animation team – he truly stood out! He brought so much energy and fun every single day, always including everyone and making sure no one was left out. They offered such a great range of activities during the day, and even after the evening shows they organised nights out to the club with a free mini bus for guests and staff – it was such a nice touch that made the experience even better. Yehia from reception really went above and beyond for us. He handled everything with care and professionalism, fixing any small issues straight away and constantly checking in to make sure we were happy. El Hussein from the pool staff was always around making sure we were comfortable, super friendly, and just such a lovely person to chat to. Mahmoud at the bar was another star – he never stopped running around, always keeping our drinks topped up and doing it all with a big smile. Ahmed from the Italian restaurant made every visit special; he was so genuine and welcoming. And the manager at the Amoura Egyptian restaurant (sadly didn’t catch his name) had the kindest heart – you could tell he truly cared about both the guests and his team. Also, the manager selling the hotel bottles was absolutely hilarious and so lovely – he always brought good vibes and laughter. We can’t forget the gentleman from room service with the moustache – the main man! We’re so sad we didn’t catch his name, but he always went above and beyond for us, decorating our room beautifully and making sure everything was perfect every single day. Honestly, everyone we met at Jaz Asteria was incredible, but those few people really made our stay unforgettable. They made us laugh, feel looked after, and created memories we’ll never forget. We can’t thank the team enough – we’ll definitely be back!"

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4/5 – Lovely hotel with great atmosphere, but food and service could improve We had a lovely stay at Hotel Jazz Elite Asteria. The hotel and grounds are beautiful, with brilliant swimming pools, a fun waterpark, and a relaxing beach area. The atmosphere was great, helped by the consistently lovely weather. One of the hotel’s best assets is General Manager Haitham, who was extremely accommodating and genuinely cares about guest experience. Many of the restaurant managers were also attentive and friendly. The main downside was the food, which lacked variety and excitement, and the drinks were a bit limited. General service could be more consistent, though Haitham did his best to make up for it. Overall, a beautiful hotel with great ambience — with a few improvements to the food and service, it could easily be a five-star experience."

"The hotel is beautiful and very large, with lovely gardens and a beautiful beach. Everything is very clean overall. We had a swim-up room, but the pool was very cold and not heated. The rooms themselves were clean, but the main restaurant was not always the same standard — many tables were still dirty from previous guests. The food in the main restaurant was good and there is something for everyone, but sometimes we had to wait to be seated. Snorkeling is close by, but you need to walk a few hundred meters, or take a little shuttle car to the other hotel and use the pier there. The pier at this hotel is not finished yet. The staff are friendly, they really try, and they are very kind to children. The beach bars are great, they make all kinds of drinks. The entertainment program is also good. The hotel provides filtered water, but sometimes it smelled or tasted salty. Bottled water in PET bottles would be much better. The hotel photographer promised us printed photos, but in the end he only gave us the digital versions and asked for €700. It’s quite difficult to book a table at the à la carte restaurants — there is almost never availability. We eventually managed to visit them; at White Sands everything was fine, but at Ginger we ate something bad (probably the sushi) and we both very sick afterward."
