"The hotel is spotless clean & well equipped. George & his team are very professional & friendly. Food was good & plentiful, themed nights , the chef very kindly made Cypriot food for us which was delicious. We had the pleasure of meeting George's wife, daughter & gorgeous grandson at his christening meal which was held at the hotel. Looking forward to returning soon Thank you for fabulous 11 nights"

"This was, without question, the filthiest and most shocking hotel we have ever had the displeasure of booking. The experience was so awful that, despite arriving late at night, we had no choice but to immediately book another hotel and pay for a taxi at midnight, an additional cost we never expected to incur. The hotel was advertised as ‘child-friendly’, but it was anything but. Our room had a strong smell of mould with mould on the walls, and to our absolute disgust, there were bodily fluids on the sheets, including blood and faeces. The furniture was broken, there were holes in the wall with ants crawling out, and the bathroom was filthy. The so-called “garden” was nothing more than dirt, rubbish, and exposed wires, which was incredibly dangerous for our 6-year-old child. We even found a dirty nappy thrown among the mess. The pool area was equally appalling —dirty pool, broken stone around the edges, and facilities that were old, run-down, and clearly not maintained. Everything about the place screamed inhabitable, unsafe, and a complete health and safety hazard. When we approached reception to request a room change, we were told there were “no rooms available” until the next day. The receptionist didn’t even pretend to be surprised when we explained the issues, simply responding with ‘I know’, which suggests these problems are entirely routine. No offer was made to inspect the room, change the sheets, or provide any assistance whatsoever. Only when we were waiting outside for the taxi did the same receptionist suddenly say he might be able to change our room - clearly admitting we were lied to earlier. I have NEVER been to a hotel so bad that I felt forced to spend extra money just to sleep somewhere else. This place is dangerous, filthy, disappointing, and completely unacceptable. I would never dream of spending a night here and strongly urge others to avoid it at all costs."

"There are both good and bad things about this resort. On the good side - the rooms are really nice and spacious with good sized balconies. The water park is also really good, both for adults and especially kids. The location is also good and it's about 10 minutes walk to shops and other bars and restaurants and the bus stop into Paphos town. However, the food is average at best and the choice can be a little limited compared to other all inclusive hotels we have been to. The worse thing is that most of the cooked food is lukewarm. The worse aspect about the hotel is that the public areas are too small - basically there is a nice lobby area but the indoor and outdoor restaurant is far too small and the outdoor part serves as bar, restaurant and entertainment area. This means at evening meal times you'll eating while listening to the Children's show - there is only so many times you can listen to "Baby Shark"! When the children's show finishes they then play background music VERY loudly, so conversation with friends and family is limited. When the hotel is busy, there isn't enough room to seat everyone in the outdoor area. In many ways we enjoyed our holiday but wouldn't return and although it wasn't awful, I can't really say I'd recommend it."
