"Currently staying here and wish we hadn’t of chose this hotel. Our 2 1/2 year old has been so excited to come away and go swimming but the pool is colder than the sea during titanic. We raised this with the tui rep and his answer was.. you’ve come away in November?… yes so then you need to heat the pool if you’re still charging what you do to come away at this time. The food is also cold- their hot plates don’t keep the food warm. We arrived as the buffet opened and the food was cold.. We chose a room with pool access and a day bed and the day bed is dirty with old bird poo on it. We tried the snack bar yesterday and my partners cheese burger was rock solid. I’ve stayed in better 4 star hotels in turkey for half the price. This is not a 5 star hotel. Wish we had gone somewhere else."

"We’ve just returned from a 2-week stay at the Atlantica Aeneas and left with quite mixed feelings. First, the positives — the location of the hotel is excellent, and the staff were absolutely superb. A special mention to Abdul at the pool bar, who was brilliant with us every day, and to Nikos and Osama in the main hotel — their service was outstanding and they really couldn’t do enough to help. The room itself was a great size, with two bathrooms (one including a jacuzzi), which was a nice touch. However, we had constant issues with getting hot water in our room. Despite reporting it several times to reception, it was never properly resolved, which was disappointing considering we paid £5,000 for the stay. The food in the main restaurant was generally tasty but often only lukewarm, which took away from the experience a bit. On the other hand, the à la carte grill restaurant was excellent — great food and service there. The pool area is lovely and spacious, but the layout is quite odd, and it would really benefit from having a couple more bridges to make it easier to get around. Overall, while there were some really enjoyable aspects — particularly the amazing staff — the ongoing maintenance issues and inconsistent food quality mean I’m not sure I’d return. If I did, it would be for the people, not necessarily the hotel itself"

"We stayed here for 11 nights and it is a lovely hotel. The staff were all lovely & friendly and efficient. Restaurants had so much choice, special area for kids and a gluten free area. Lots to choose from so you wouldn’t go hungry even if a picky eater. The taverna restaurant and the Green & Grill were great too, so made a nice change. The pool bars were fab but we especially loved the one by the Green & Grill (Hozam) was usually working in this one and made great cocktails especially his Tequilla Sunrise. Could get milkshakes at the main pool bar which were fab too. Little freezers with mini magnums and Soleros you just helped yourself. Fab hotel for families especially younger children, there is lots to do to entertain and if you want activities lots to join in with it. The evening entertainment was ok, not the best I have seen but the staff worked very hard so there was always something on if you wanted to watch or take part. Again more aimed at younger families but they had quizzes and silent disco too, so different options. We had no problem getting sun beds, if you want the main pool some people did put there towels on by 8 am sometimes earlier so lots did get taken. But we usually used the other pools and never had a problem getting a bed, may be different in peak season. I had an accident whilst away and needed first aid, the reception staff were amazing and caring and looked after me. Then the guest relations lady checked on me and also Heidi in the restaurant who was also lovely and caring. So huge thank you for everyone, very much appreciated. Nissi beach is opposite the hotel and is lovely but gets very busy, so either to early or head to landa beach to the right not as busy but still beautiful. Can highly recommend the 24 hr bakery next door, had some delicious snacks and cakes. Would definitely recommend the hotel especially if you are travelling as a family. There are adult only areas but unless you like being surrounded by children it may not be the place for you. Also don’t be put off by the pool, it is cold when you first get in but it’s actually quite nice once your in. Not sure it is quite a 5 star, but would say a good 4- 4.5 Thanks to all the staff who work so hard"
