"We had a wonderful stay at Meliá Laguna Beach Resort in Sal Island. The resort is beautiful, very well maintained, and has a relaxing atmosphere that makes it perfect for a holiday. We would especially like to highlight Elida, who works at The Sails Bar. She was extremely kind, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. Her friendliness and dedication truly made a difference and made us feel very welcome. The overall experience at the resort was very positive, from the facilities to the hospitality of the staff. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back in the future. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so pleasant!"

"Went with my wife for last minute get away, the hotel was clean and extremely pleasant, room was large and clean with all you need, well stocked mini fridge and complimentary water, safe in each room which was included in the price, a very large bed and bathroom. noise was only a problem one nght when they had a group in, was not realy the groups fault it is just that I don't sleep very well so I noticed it a lot. The location for us was ideal right next to the beach and close to Saint Marie which we walked to and back. Very friendly atmosphere with polite and pleasent staff at all times. The atmosphere was very relaxed with music in the background by day as we stayed around the pool a lot and not disturbed by other guest or staff. In my opinion it was great value for money, all inclusive was best for us as we just wanted a crash and chill break."

"We booked the hotel next door ( Melia Tortuga) and up on arrival we was told that our room wasn't available due to an technical issue? We was given a room here at Melia laguna and initially I was slightly disappointed with the room as we had originally booked a suite, nevertheless the room was large and plenty of space as a doubledeluxe... So, firstly bad bits 😑.. obviously the room we booked wasn't like for like.. the mini fridge is stocked every 2 days not daily and the one think that really made me sad was the amount of fag / cigarette butts left on the beach 😢it reallycoulddo with raking/ filtering/ cleaning.. this hotel is adults only and is absolutely spotless, the beach is beautiful ( minus cigarette butts) .. plenty of sun loungers around the pools and the beach.. we got use of both hotel as an apology for the room, which we used often ... the restaurants are really nice and great service although they need to be booked in advance.. the pool side drinks and food are great throughout the day 😋.. I found that most of the staff are happy to serve and are friendly 😀 i was pleasantly surprised when staff turned up to my room with a cake for my birthday🎂..sometimes its the small things that count ...id definitely return as this place has definitely grown on us .. so overall 5/5 as this hotel has more than made up for its sister hotel making a mess of things 🥰"
