"I often stay at this hotel, even though there are others closer to town. Why? Because of its consistently high quality—food (basic but well-prepared and always tasty), staff (always helpful and going beyond the call of duty), and facilities (spa, pool). On my recent stay, there was a fire alarm, and we all had to (reluctantly) leave the building. I'm leaving my lovely burger and chips. The young staff effortlessly took on their designated roles, led us all out (it was wet, cold and evening) to the muster point, and when the alarm ended, led us back and resumed their jobs as if nothing had happened. Safe and professional. I strongly recommend this hotel."

Our room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully comfortable — with lovely touches that made it feel really special. The hotel itself is stunning — elegant yet relaxed, with a great atmosphere. The spa and pool area were incredible, such a peaceful place to unwind. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection and fresh options every morning. The location was ideal too — close enough to St Helier to explore easily, but tucked away enough to enjoy some calm and quiet. We honestly couldn’t have asked for more. A wonderful experience from start to finish — we’ll definitely be back! 💕"
