"This was our second stay at the Best Western we had a lovely warm welcome and remembered us from our previous stay. All hotel staff were very friendly, helpful nothing was too much. Cleaning staff take care in how they present the room. We cannot thank you enough to make our holiday special. The Best Western should be proud of all their workforce they do you PROUD. "We arrived on Monday 29th September for a 4 night stay. We were originally allocated a 1st floor room, but this involved a few steps after using the lift. We were instead allocated 303 on the 3rd floor. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The shower was a bit problematic, but we sorted it out. Breakfast was delicious with an excellent choice, we never ate in tbe restaurant but we used the bar each evening, albeit only eating there on the Monday. Despite the limited space, we never had a problem parking our rental car. All staff from start to finish were lovely, extremely helpful and friendly."

"This hotel is a little out of the centre of town with a 15/20 minute walk to restaurants and shops which on a night after a busy day is too far to walk. However the food in both the hotel restaurant and bar is of a good quality. The only downside for us was the size of our bedroom it was very small in the roof and with both of us being tall, my husband is over 6ft made it a confined space. All hotel staff were very friendly and helpful so overall our week’s stay was good"
