"The best bit was that this is a dirty hotel where rooms never get cleaned (Family rooms). Towels never get replaced and 1 loo roll is expected to last your weeks stay. The worst bit was the constant cat poo around the poolside sun beds, mats and grassed areas. The smell was disgusting of which cleaning staff had obviously become immune too. Everyday I had to find a member of staff to clean up the mess. I even witnessed other guests cleaning the mess up with the free aptly coloured pool towels (Brown)! we never used them again after the first day. The beach area was nothing short of a war scene. Dirty and horrible. I would definitely not recommend this hotel. If you want to enjoy time away with the family, this is just not the place."

"We arrived on Saturday 25th October for a 7 night stay, family of four. Our first impressions were great, spacious room, good sized poolside. However it all went downhill after our first day! By day 2 our room was not cleaned, beds not changed, no clean towels. Every day we had to call for clean towels and toilet roll brought to our room, our beds were not changed during the whole weeks stay!! The floors in the rooms and bathrooms were not cleaned once. Anytime we spoke to reception / guest relations regarding this week were met with rude attitude. Food was not good whatsoever apart from the pizza at the snack bar. The drinks weren't good at all. The drinks were salty, when we reported this we were told it has been tested and its good quality. Lies! The water in the bathroom sink and showers was brown salty water. The last 3 - 4 days of our stay we suffered ill stomachs, still the same after being home for 2 days. This hotel has been by far the worst all inclusive resort we have stayed at, and definitely the worst in Turkey. This is a 2 star hotel at best. The only positive feedback we could give was the animation team were friendly, and it has a nice view from the sea facing rooms. We will never return or reccomend to anyone."
