"We stayed at Asteria Family Resort Belek in October 2025 for a family holiday that coincided with my birthday, and unfortunately, the experience was marred by poor service from the start. We had booked bungalows but were placed in the main building without explanation. Throughout the entire week, nearly every request—whether about our room, dining arrangements, or basic inquiries—was met with either “no” or “I don’t know.” It became so predictable that it was almost funny. At one point, we joked the staff had adopted a Soviet-style customer service model. Even a simple request to arrange a dinner table for our family to celebrate my birthday was met with resistance. It felt like we had no choice but to accept whatever was offered, even when it fell short of what we had paid for. The resort itself, however, is visually impressive. The grounds are lush and expansive, the aqua park is fun and well-maintained, and the beach—while not pristine—was sufficiently clean and offered plenty of loungers and shade. The food was a highlight, with a wide selection at the buffet, themed nights that added variety, and excellent desserts. Wi-Fi was reliable throughout the property, which made staying connected easy. If you’re coming for the facilities and don’t expect much in terms of hospitality or flexibility, the resort delivers on its physical appeal. But if you value customer service, responsiveness, or any sense of guest care, be prepared to be very disappointed."

"Lovely hotel, had a lovely family holiday other than my 2 year old having the runs for 3 days, also my 2 year old was waiting in the line with me for food and was touching the glass but the glass was already broken with no signs or no cover up so no one was aware that the glass was broken and cut Up my sons hand I had no apologies from the hotel or anything."
