Serenity Queen Hotel

"I came on 9 th of October , they didn’t have a room with a see view , that I booked. So they gave us a room on ground floor. And ask to wait 1 day. Next day , they showed me a room on the 5 th floor , with “see view” but not really , it was a beton ballony , so if you r siting down , on the chair , you r looking not on the see , but straight into the wall ! I asked to change room , and of course they told that I need to wait 1 day more . Funny ? To wait 2 days from 10 that I have . So I asked to make a refund of money , it’s 25 euro per day for my stay . And they said that it’s immpossible , because it’s my fault that I don’t like the room . So . That’s the story of my staying ."

"The hotel location is very good, near to the street shops and bus station. 2km from city center and ~10km to Alanya center. The service in the hotel was on a high level - the staff was always very friendly, positive and smiling. Very clean rooms and restaurants. They are changing the towels every day. The restaurants are good and delicious, but I would expect a little bit more diversity for a 5* hotel. Amazing deserts though! The bars are also great with bottled beers and non-alcoholic drinks, which is rare in other hotels. There is also a coffee point with Starbucks working almost all day! Very nice playgrounds at the beach and at the hotel both under shadow all day! Water slides for the small ones and for adults as well! Special thanks to Abdullah and Seyhmus Etres! I would recommend Serenity Queen and I would definitely come back again!"

"Just got back from the hotel was very pleasing, good food, good hygiene and very good staff especially the manager durmus he was very helpful and made me and my family’s experience so much better. The late night shows are better than expected. There was a Turkish day when we were there which was a very fun experience had a lot of activities and traditional food, thete was also a concert which was amazing layout was perfect. Overall amazing hotel for families and couples would recommend to go."
