"The food is awful. Got food poisoning from it. If food matters dont book the hotel. The food warm food selection is very narrow. Some days the room doesn’t have warm water. The rooms and areas are very clean and cleaned every day. We chose ultra all inclusive, but the bars only have local alcohol. The hotel beach is really rocky. You should bring special shoes, one of our friend’s injured his foot over there badly. The hotel pool is really cold, but it is a good refreshment for the hot day. The gym is good and usually empty. Sadly many russians there, who create a slavic atmosphere with really drunk people and tables full of food which they dont eat. Overall, i believe there are better options for the vacation."

"I stayed at this hotel in October with my boyfriend and our friends. The hotel its self is lovely, the atmosphere is very good, the staff are very friendly, we met woody from the animation team, he was very friendly and welcoming, made our stay better! The only thing that wasn’t great was the food and cocktails."

"We have stayed here for almost 2 weeks the staff here were so friendly especially Woody from the animation team he has been so nice showed us the area and made us feel very comfortable, the only bad thing I would say is the food isn’t great."
