"It was a very basic hotel which lacked many amenities, like a kettle. We asked for a kettle, but the reception staff mentioned that the housekeeping service was not available after 8.00 pm. The kettle was provided to us the next day by the reception staff themselves. Breakfast was good with a lot of options. If you want to go to the beach or the city centre, it's a minimum of 10-15 minutes by cab. The hotel is situated within walking distance of the Aqua Mall and the City of Arts and Sciences."

"I have to be honest but the hotel looked completely different in a negative way compared to what i first saw on the app and on the hotel official website. Me and my girlfriend stayed for 15 days and had high expectations from the pictures and some of the reviewers we saw online. The room was very basic,bathroom toilet very dirty and very run down. Which was not ideal due to my girlfriend recovering from a operation in spain. The rooftop poor is very small,very cold and looked old and run down. The gym looked very old and completely different to what you see on the hotel website just like the pool. Only positives i can say is that the staff was very good and efficient. The location of the hotel is excellent close to loads of restaurants,sites,city centre and bars. And if like the beach you can get a cab to the beach which is like a 12 15 minutes drive there. But overall i think the hotel is more a 3 star then a 4 star hotel for sure"

"Lovely hotel. Truly enjoyed our stay. Excellent location, close to the Oceanografic museum, to the city centre and not far to the beach. Bus stop is by the hotel. Taxi is not expensive either. Nice selection of food- we stayed half board, nice menu to chose from. Clean rooms."
