"Just spent 5 nights here. Hotel is very clean. Room was large and had a great shower. Nice pool and area. Views very good. Room only cleaned every 3 days. What really lets the hotel down is the breakfast. It was a shambles. You are expected to pick up a tray and collect your stuff walking through a roped off small area. Always queues everywhere but especially bad near the tea/coffee machines meaning you couldn't get past. No hot plates and the "hot food" was cold. Not enough tables. One of the worst breakfast experiences we've had. We're currently at their sister hotel MYND Adeje which is so much better. The hotel is actually in Playa de Santiago and was a 40 minute walk from Los Gigantes centre although vars etc nearby. The surrounding area is very hilly."

"The check-in is disjointed. There's a screen system which requires input from guests and the receptionist. Rather pointless and impersonal. There's barely any storage space in the rooms. 5 coat hangers and 2 drawers isn't ideal. There's piped music in all public areas. What's the point? If you want music you'd bring your own headphones. Even in the rooftop lounger areas there's no escape. There's no kettle in the rooms! Bring your own. The breakfast choice is dismal, particularly when it comes to hot food. Overcooked scrambled eggs with the texture of rubber. Every day. That said the hotel is well situated, well-maintained, and the rooms are spotless. There are loungers on the balcony, so that's a win!"

"Stayed for 10 nights recently over the Xmas period. Booked with easyJet holidays and on arrival we were impressed with the room and look of the hotel. We had a taxi transfer so 30 mins from airport and dropped at entrance. Fairly comfortable twin beds (although we did ask for a topper each as found mattress hard) , really spacious room with nice balcony and a side seat view. Excellent shower and good size bathroom. Safe, air con and mini fridge. Key code door entry was good. No kettle etc but I took our own plus mugs. Only 6 coat hangers so take extra! We did find the room walls thin, could hear noise from either side and above and toilets flushing etc! We had no problem with the cleaners only coming in every 3 days. We had bed changed and fresh towels at least 4 times in our 10 days. Plenty of sun beds and never had to rush to get one, although it was gone 10ish before sun came over the building. Lovely views from the pool area and loads of comfortable bean bags and hammocks to use. Pool was a nice temperature. You can hire pool towels. Gym looked good (didn’t use) and the sports area at the rear was spacious with exercise equipment and table tennis. Free water machines located here too (take a refillable bottle). Check out the rooftop pool area at top of block 4! It’s a hidden gem and not signposted! We were half board. Food generally was good, 7/10, some days were chaotic and busy in the restaurant, then quiet the next day! Plenty of fresh fruit, pastries etc. Things ran out but staff were good at replacing when asked. Hot food wasn’t great. Never particularly hot (there is a microwave) and not much choice, especially on an evening. We usually just had salad or soup and something with fries. We only ate out one evening though and never went hungry. No special meal for Xmas Eve/day and no Xmas celebration at all which surprised me. Nearest supermarket is just 3 mins walk left out of hotel (uphill), go right on main road from hotel and it’s a 10 minute walk to beach and a bar, bigger supermarket and a couple of restaurants. It’s not a flat area so some may struggle if have mobility issues. Just below hotel next to the petrol station is a fantastic cafe where we had lunch twice. Overall we had a lovely time. Weather was better than expected and the hotel had a nice chilled vibe and was generally quiet in the daytime. No entertainment which didn’t bother us. We liked to chill on the balcony with drinks from the supermarket (cheaper than hotel bar). Would return if found a good deal."
