"Fantastic Experience - and already booked for 2026 - which cannot come quick enough ! It is our second visit to this fantastic hotel in a month....or should I say "Home" - Everyone makes you feel welcome and special - a family and stress free holiday...A special call our to Tony, Manu, Marissa and the buffet team, Gary, Rebecca, Sara and Jorge at reception, Jose the friendly life guard and of course not forgetting Eva who makes the best cocktails on the Island ! Looking forward to seeing you all next year."

"We spent 4 days at the end of October - the last week before closing, it was not too crowded thankfully. We were very lucky with the weather: beautiful sunshine and unexpected 24–26°C. The hotel is really well-maintained, wonderfully peaceful, perfect for relaxing and also ideally located: the town of Santa Eulalia is reachable by foot. The room was very big (I loved it!) and the mattress was very comfortable although a bit hard, but ok. Rooms in Block 3 are quiet, far from the reception and restaurant - ideal if you’re looking for tranquility. The sea view from the 4th floor is stunning (beautiful sunrise!). Very quiet (room 3401) and perfectly soundproofed. Spotlessly clean. Beautiful pool, beautiful sun loungers and very comfortable. Breakfast was exceptionnal with a selection of fresh, high-quality options. We also chose the half-board option and the dinner buffet was also delicious. We loved having breakfast and dinner outside and the staff was great – thank you! Things to improve: the SPA clearly needs improvement: there’s no cold plunge pool, no cold shower and no sand timer in the sauna. The steam room is also really too hot. Children are allowed there between 5 pm and 7 pm which doesn’t make sense: this time slot should be reserved for adults seeking for peace and tranquility at the end of the day. Children could be allowed in earlier, up to 5 pm the latest. That would make much more sense. It’s an adult space and children running around have no place in the sauna/steam room area. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we might to come back!"
