"I would like to compliment the hotel in general. The hotel is clean and tidy. The staff always try to keep it that way. All the staff are very friendly, but I would especially like to compliment the bartender Nathalie and the bartender Antonio. They are very friendly, helpful and always smiling."

"Hotel- easy and quick check in, nice modern decor, clean hotel, information about entertainment, meals, trips etc available. Pool areas good, roof top shallow pool not for swimming, side pool great for swimming. Pool bar staff friendly. Entertainment varied between singers, dancers,fire jugglers etc. daytime aquafit, jenga,bingo,etc. The entertainmemt was done by 10/10.30 and it was quiet after that which meant we got a good sleep. Food- the food for us was a bit disappointing, otherwise would have given 5 stars. There seemed to be a lot of pork. There was always something to eat but sometimes it was repetative just with a bit of veg added or chopped a different way. Asian night the food was very bland, couldnt tell the difference between sweet and sour, lemon chicken and noodles had no flavour. Pizzas were good and some of the chefs fresh grilled meats were tasty though. Dessert choices very much the same each night. Breakfasts had everything you could want and ommelettes freshly made were nice. Room- We paid extra for a sea view room and got 338, it was lovely and clean, great view and well equipped. Beds comfortable, maids did a great job every day cleaning. Air con good. Tv with 6 english channels very rare. Liked the different lighting options in room. Large wardrobe space. Negatives, On arrival there was 2 tea bags, sugars coffees, these were not replaced so we had to take from breakfast or go to shop for more. No table inside so had to iron, make sandwiches etc on patio table. Its in a good location just up from the beach and long promenade along to maspolomas. There are shops and resturants on the same street. We would stay here again."

"Room is cheap Ikea style furniture. Bathroom has a disgusting shower curtain .not sure when it was last changed. Safe didn't work had to be replaced. Air con didn't work had to get maintenance. Food is always cold even new trays from the kitchen are cold. The plunge pool has maintenance going on but when filled is still disgusting with stuff floating in it. The ongoing maintenance work in the hotel of replacing doors etc sounds like a dentist waiting room with the drill and power tools . Sunloungers are dirty. One barman is rude on an evening. Hotel is advertised as 4 star by jet2 .... my opinion is 2 star ."
