Hotel LIVVO Anamar Suites

"This was a beautiful hotel with very clean, large modern rooms. The pool area was peaceful and despite being small we never struggled to get a sun bed. The location is great. However, my only critic is the inconsistencies with the pool bar and staff. The first day the lady gave us permission to have our drinks on the pool side and glass drinks on our table next to the sun bed (same with another worker). The next day a different lady didn’t allow us to buy a pitcher of sangria as we were sat round the pool so had to pay more for a plastic cup. Also, the first couple of days we were allowed to eat on our sun beds and then told we wasn’t allowed to. This isn’t a big deal, however we did get harassed by a customer for “not following the rules” and we were “old enough to know better” for having our drinks round the pool even though we were given permission. This isn’t the hotels fault for this bitter woman who couldn’t help but shout stuff at us when we were just trying to relax but training in all bar staff following the same rules may help. One last thing to add to this is, I paid €2.50 for a coffee and the following day my partner had the same coffee but was charged €4.50. Just small things that leaves the customer not knowing where they stand. All in all the lunch menu was excellent and very well priced. We enjoyed our stay apart from that small hiccup."

"Nice clean hotel, small pool with limited sunbeds, however always managed to get a bed or deckchair. Good choice of foods for breakfast , didn't have other meals but they looked ok. Friendly receptionist though some.bar staff are sullen and can leave you stood waiting for a while. Entertainment was nigh on non existent, no vibe about the place, couldn't stay at the hotel with an expectation of having a good night."

"Impeccably clean, beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Staff were always helpful without being imposing; also it’s a great location. Highly recommend this hotel for couples or families who want a comfortable and well located hotel."
