"Value for money package holiday. We were in one of the older bungalows which are ready for a refurbishment, but had everything needed and the cleaning service was excellent. We were half board and as buffet food goes it was plentiful, well cooked and something for everyone. Plenty of sun beds around the pool but there are also sun beds outside your bungalow. The pool area is well maintained and the bar is handy for drinks. There is an entertainment team who seem very hard working during the day. There is also some evening entertainment but we only stayed in one night. We had a bit of a chuckle at our prize for a line in bingo - a buy one get one free voucher for a cocktail, but hey, the bingo was free. Everything on site is on the level so good for those with limited mobility. Location wise probably not so good as nearest bus stop is a good 15 min walk and the beach is quite a bit further. There are some bars, restaurants, supermarkets in close proximity. There is a shuttle bus to Maspalomas and the beach but it goes from the entrance to the HL hotel across the road not outside the HL Suites as we were led to believe but also check the timings as may be different to what is printed on your check in card. Staff are friendly and only gripe would be that they need an extra person on reception. Checkin for guests takes forever and a queue quickly builds. There is a shuttle bus"
