"Stayed here in August, we booked here mainly because of the price. For half board it was literally half price of anywhere in the area. We were expecting to have to eat out most nights after reading some of the reviews. In reality the food was general very good with choice of 4 meats. There was an odd night when nothing really took our fancy but that can happen anywhere. With half board you pay for drinks when ordering or book them to the room and they are not over priced like some hotels. The hotel needs a little maintenance to bring it back to where it was when renovated. Hotel is a few minutes walk to Irish centre and 20 minutes walk down to the main beach. We always got a taxi back as it’s all up hill which cost about 4 euros. But an easy walk down in the morning. All the staff we come across were friendly and the pool girl is a bit nuts (in a good way) Given the price we payed I would 100% stay at this hotel again."

"Fantastic holiday. Stayed 4th October 2025 til 14th inclusive. Room 319 which had a pool/sea view. First thing to say about the hotel is the staff. Reception, animation, waiting/restaurant, cleaning and anyone else employed by the hotel work tirelessly to make your holiday the best experience possible. Friendly and efficient. Check in was quick and painless, but obviously if there are several people arriving at the same time it will take longer to get booked in, this is unavoidable and not the fault of reception staff. The pool areas and everywhere else within the hotel complex were kept meticulously clean. The food in the restaurant was absolutely fine with great choice at breakfast and evening meal. There was entertainment every night where again the animation team worked hand in hand with the nightly act to help ensure people had a great time. Never had a problem getting a sunbed round the pool with spares each day. The hotel is situated less than 5 minutes walk to the beach. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel to the left, where you can catch a bus to anywhere you fancy, much cheaper than using taxis or renting a car. The market in Playa Del Ingles was on a Wednesday and Saturday and located just 2 minutes walk from the hotel. We also went to Puerto Del Mogan on the bus for the market on Friday, €4.15. Massive market, not really much you won't see on Playa Del Ingles market, just more of the same stalls. There is a large Spar directly opposite the hotel, there are also other supermarket within 2 mins walk. There are plenty of shops/restaurants within a few minutes of hotel, and The Yumbo centre is 15 mins walk. Loads of shops and plenty of bars with a high proportion of gay bars if that floats ya boat. Definitely worth a visit. On the day you leave they have a courtesy room you can book for 1/2 an hour to shower. We didn't leave till 6pm so left cases in small storage room behind reception then had room to shower and change prior to pick up. It would be unfair to individually name members of staff as all worked so hard to make your holiday a success. In summary, I have never returned to the same hotel twice in my life as i like to see different places in different hotels, I visited this hotel last year and broke my own rule and went back this year, would I go again next year, hell yes!!"

"Hotel in general ok. Lack of tea / coffee / milk in room. Housekeeping team fantastic. Restaurant staff great. Food very hit and miss. Only have access to hot drinks in a morning, have to pay at bar in the evening. Plenty of sun loungers around pool. We preferred the chilled environment of the roof terrace. Towel regime needs better clarification. Ours were taken from our loungers and it was hardworking trying to get replacements as we had already handed our card in. Took an age to check in on our arrival. Most of the reception staff were fantastic. One guy wasn't the best. Expected a little more.from a 4*"
