"Here's the most honest review you can probably find for this resort. I have just returned home with my Mrs and my 2 kids (aged 8 & 4) after a week long stay. This is a massively hit and miss resort and will give a list of both pros and cons about this resort. Pros; ●The resort is very nice, themed very well for children and the lodges are also themed very well. My 4 year old son loved it. ●The swimming pools are very enjoyable and the life guards are brilliant. They see everything at all times ●My kids enjoyed the entertainment that was provided there (some nights) we went for Halloween and there was a good show put on both inside the entertainment venue and the poolside stage. ●Aircon in the lodges was amazing giving the hot weather we had this week ●Unlimited ice cream and drinks from various food trucks scattered around the resort ●Friendly staff ●vending machines available on site that sell kids swimming nappies and other essentials that you may have forgotten to bring. Came in handy for us ●Lodges were cleaned everyday by the cleaners. ●Holding available for suitcases and you get a transfer to your lodge with your suitcases which was a life saver! Now for the cons. As much as the week was enjoyable the cons unfortunately outweighed the pros which is why we wont be returning to this resort. To start off, if you have the all inclusive package this only allows you to eat in 2 restaurants on site and doesn't allow you to take full advantage of the kids entertainment available, we wanted to go and watch the horse and knights show but were told we weren't able to due to not having the ultra all inclusive package, when I asked about upgrading they told me this would be an extra £600 for all of us. Completely unacceptable in my eyes. What ever happened to the old fashioned all inclusive where everything was included. Cons; ●If you wanted to eat at another restaurant on site and you didnt have the ultra all inclusive package this would cost you £35 per adult and £25 per child. Extreme prices considering the food wasnt great. ● The Food... alls i can say is we ate out most nights as the food was awful. The kids didnt mind it too much as they were happy with nuggets and chips but most of the food was cold and undercooked. ●The on site shop is extremely expensive. For a small pack of kids sweets they were priced at £6 each. Again its not acceptable. ●Throughout the day there isn't much entertainment available at all so you find yourself going off the site to look for things to do through the day, night time entertainment was fine we did enjoy it ●The flies. These flies are honestly the worst thing about here they are absolutely everywhere at all times, they bite and your skin will flare up. I understand that outside the staff cant do much about it but when eating they are landing on the food constantly and you're constantly fighting to keep them away, this is something the resort should sort out as having flies around the food all day is not on at all. Its exhausting. ●The day we checked out our wristbands stopped working straight away which meant we couldnt get any food or drinks throughout the day unless we paid. This isn't on as the day we checked in late and missed the food all day and checked out early but our flights home weren't until 9pm, when I questioned the staff about this they said that if we wanted to have food we should've complained about the food being bad one night and they would've gave us vouchers that we then could've redeemed. Imagine saying that to your customers! ●Due to the lack of daytime entertainment we had to get a taxi into town which is £10 per trip so £20 per day, it adds up! ● The kids play park is very small, this resort definitely has the potential to have a massive park given the size of the resort so it's a shame that the only park they have is absolutely tiny! Overall the kids enjoyed it which is the main thing I suppose but from an adults point of view its definitely not worth returning here! We paid £2200 for the week which is probably the cheapest we will ever get it, if we wanted to come during the summer I was getting quotes for £5000 which is really not worth it giving the cons outweigh the pros by a mile, especially the ultra all inclusive being so much more expensive and even with that package dont feel like you would get your moneys worth out of it."

Needs to be renamed ‘minging robbing hood’ Only cleaner is a little electric robot who in fairness earns its money as good grief has it got a big job to do Food appalling with ants in the street food being served and the hygiene …well that’s easy- there isn’t any Drugs being smoked poolside Ice rink is laughable just throw some ice down on your accommodation floor be far more beneficial Skate park good but kids can only withstand the heat for 10-20 mins max so if you are thinking of it for skate mad children like mine - don’t Benidorm is a certain holiday but after escaping from the minging robbing hood it was like Miami! The state of the bars left us dumbfounded as even a Wetherspoons at closing a spotless in comparison Wouldn’t wear any long dresses or trousers due to not wanting them to touch the floor. Fighting most nights Accommodation was lovely the only issue is when you have to step outside. If you’re looking to lose weight this is the place as you won’t eat or drink and stunned considering all the reviews."

"I am currently staying here for the first time. Cabins are advertised as being able to sleep 4, and that they have sofa beds. The sofa bed in one cabin is chained so cannot use, the other broken. Both sofas are filthy, one even has a cigarette burn. No bedding provided for the sofa beds. So we were unable to sleep our children how we had planned. Two boys had to share and were not happy. If you have more than one child the cabins won't be suitable. Cabins were clean and stocked with toiletries, fridge was stocked with some drinks upon arrival. Not restocked throughout the stay though. They do come and make beds (in a fashion-top sheets straightened out, not bottom. Don't change the sheets) Music around the pool is the same playlist over and over. It's actually making me feel unwell. There are swarms of blackflies. The slides are good but have limited opening, the biggest slide I've seen open twice in almost a week. Activities throughout the day have been poor and limited. One game was literally guess the balls in the tub. They do a foam party which is fun, for about 30 minutes twice a week. No pool games, bar one float they roll out twice a week. There have been some good shows (parrots, reptiles) , but no disco/party. Sign posting is terrible, it's hard to find things, apparently there's a teen disco, can't find it. The events are long and boring (2 costume contests since I've been here) one of the hosts has issues with control, she shouted at my autistic son for not responding to her, and generally has an attitude with people (mainly little boys, I observed). I observed bar staff at the pool standing talking whilst people waited to be served. They seem to have a general dislike for the English. I understand there are some idiots, but we aren't all like that. I paid almost 4 grand to come here and be made to feel like an inconvenience. Tried to take our boys on the tennis courts, followed signs for a reception that isn't there. Some guy who didn't speak English, showed me the pricelist. I tried to explain (I don't speak Spanish) that I know we have to pay, but where do we pay, he whistled at us like we were stupid. When he finally realised we wanted to pay, he said cash only and to pay him. So is he the reception?? We walked away. He was too rude and it felt like a scam. So they lost out on nearly 35euros, due to rude staff. There are some gems here though, the lifeguards around the pools are outstanding, they are on it!! Big thanks to Maria, who helped 2 of my boys and Joanna, a fun and friendly team member. Food is really good, tasty and a great selection. Something for everyone, I'm a picky eater and have eaten well here. WiFi is a joke. Consistently kicks you out. It's been alright, but we won't be back again."
