"!This hotel is a complete disaster and should not even be in business. It does not market itself as adult-only, yet the entire setup is unsafe for families and inappropriate for children. Guests only discover these issues after check-in — with zero solutions or accountability from staff.
1. Bathrooms That Endanger Privacy and Safety
Bathrooms are made entirely of see-through glass. No doors, no curtains, no privacy. For families, this means forced exposure of nudity that could seriously impact children. On top of that, the showers are so poorly designed that water floods directly into the bedroom. The hotel’s “solution” was to give me access to an extra room with a working shower — but only in the evenings, and only after I asked every single day. Having to beg daily just to bathe was burdensome, time-consuming, and completely excessive for a paying guest.
2. Adult Content in Public Spaces
In the lobby, nude art books are left out in plain view where children can easily see them. This is completely irresponsible. If the property intends to be an “adult-only” or “adult-themed” hotel, it must say so. Hiding this until arrival is deceptive and dangerous.
3. “Private” Jacuzzi With No Privacy and Constant Disruptions
Our room included a so-called private jacuzzi, but it was clearly visible from the terrace above — meaning other guests could watch us while using it. Not only was it not truly private, but it also didn’t function properly. The jacuzzi area was surrounded by plants, and the hotel’s gardener would check on them every single day. His presence was not only a problem when we were in the jacuzzi, but also when we were inside the room. He could be seen through the window, and we could see him as well. This meant that whether we were showering or just hanging out, we had to worry about being watched. The lack of privacy was completely unacceptable, especially for a so-called “private” space.
4. Comfort Issues + Staff Negligence
The AC is locked at 19°C (66°F), and when I first called the front desk, they told me to “just reset it.” That didn’t work, and nobody ever followed up. I called again about the AC and they promised to come fix it, but no one ever showed up. I was offered a smaller room with the exact same issues when I complained again. Additionally, I asked for temporary curtains for the bathroom for privacy, and they refused. The staff’s indifference and lack of action were appalling. When I finally said I would move out, they just shrugged and said, “ok.” The only reason I didn’t leave was because I was busy and had tons of luggage to move — otherwise, I would have checked out immediately.
5. Health & Safety Ignored
In the top-floor rooms, electrical installations hidden inside the walls create noticeable EMF radiation exposure — a serious safety issue that the hotel completely ignores.
Bottom Line
This is not just a disappointing hotel — it is a dangerous one. Children risk inappropriate exposure, “private” amenities strip guests of dignity, and staff show total negligence. The gardener’s surprise appearances made it feel like we were constantly being watched, whether we were in the jacuzzi or just trying to relax in the room. I only endured the stay because moving out with heavy luggage would have been impossible — but nobody should ever be put in that position. Unless this property is fully redesigned or clearly declared as adults-only, adult-themed, families or anybody who cares about their privacy should avoid it at all costs."
