"Great penthouse apartment right in the heart of the Jewish quarter. Anna is a fantastic host and we especially appreciated the early check in given that our flight had arrived into Krakow mid morning. Apartment was clean, tidy and well equipped throughout and the provision of some bottled water was a thoughtful touch (its amazing how many properties lack these little things but they make such a difference) Great restaurants right on your doorstep and the main square is a pleasant 10-15 minute gentle stroll away. Overall fantastic value for our family group (4 adults) and would definitely consider staying here again"

"Absolutely loved staying here, Anna was brilliant at communication, instructions to get in were really clear (this was due to our flight being late). The most beautiful clean space full apartment, Anna answered questions straight away and we were able to stay in the apartment longer - we have never had this before and it made all the difference as our flight had been late arriving. Lovely cafes and restaurants on the doorstep, we loved the restaurant for humus and we loved visiting the synagogues and bookshops near by. Of course we went to Starka Restaurant as well which was smashing (book ahead, easy on line) An easy walk to the Schlinders list museum and the castle, and square with cafes and vintage shops along the way. The buffet breakfast in a restaurant about a 4 minute walk away was perfect because we could go between 8-12 and it was such a cool, hip hangout that we would never have found on our own. I am coming again with friends and family because we loved it so much . Thank you!"

"I stayed at Crystal Suites Chez Helena for 5 nights with my adult daughter in August 2025. The apartment is in a town house building, conveniently located in kazimierz where it literally next to the old synagogue, several restaurants in front of the townhome, bars and shops within several minutes walk. From there, we walked to Old Town, Jewish Ghetto, and Schindler's factory museum within 20 minutes! The place itself is very clean, quiet and air-conditioned. It's spacious, compared to a suite in a hotel. It has the living room, kitchen, bathroom and best of all it has a personal washing machine, a private little yard! The decor is sort of French country interior which we liked it very much. What's worth mention is the host/property manager Anna. Her hospitality and kindness in her service is the best I've ever seen. Besides checking-in and out, she provided a lot of tourism advice, and even helped to book a couple of dinner reservations. Anna provided the ideas/locations/timetables for gifts/souvenirs/public transportaion/tour choices, making us feel that we have a local friend in town for insights. Her communication through What'sUp App is always timely with excellent English. In a nutshell, I highly recommend this place for your stay in Krakow."
