Plus, there are coffee shops and small supermarkets right around the corner, which was super convenient. Before our trip, I emailed the hotel to request twin beds, and they responded quickly to confirm our request was no problem at all. Our room, while pretty compact, was very well-designed and stylish. We especially loved the amazing rainfall shower that had plenty of hot water—perfect after a day of sightseeing or a few too many beers. The bathroom had frosted glass instead of solid walls, which might be a bit different for some, but we didn't have an issue with it. The hotel bar was also a great feature; we found the prices to be reasonable. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel. It offers great value, a superb location, and top-notch service"

"This hotel was clean, close to the old town and to the train station. The room had a kettle, large bed and a very small bathroom behind glass doors. So if you want basic and convenient it’s a good choice. The down sides, the fridge in the room was so noisy the door needed to be left open so it couldn’t be used. The bathroom was comically small and the towels were just slightly larger than an average U.K. hand towel. One pillow each was provided, extremely flat and past its best, although when we asked for more we were provided with lovely plush pillows. If you have privacy issues with toileting and showering this isn’t the hotel for you, everything can be heard through the glass doors. Do not pay for breakfast; it consists of an odd variety of stone cold food scattered around the serving area of the bar. Eggs were inedible, a toasting machine that takes about 4 attempts to brown the bread and no space to navigate others also prodding disappointing foods. I think I would rate this the worst breakfast experience I’ve ever had in a hotel. On the road there are coffee shops and bakery’s, far cheaper and open early to grab things. However, the bed was comfortable and we slept well and because Krakow is the most amazing city we have ever visited we forgave the downfalls of the hotel. I possibly would use the hotel again, I wouldn’t book breakfast and I would take my own towel."
