A Liebeskind Boutique Hotel

"Situated in a lovely old property with an interesting history, approximately 15-20 minutes walk from the Old Town. We enjoyed a good stay in a spacious and well appointed ensuite room. We appreciated the in room complimentary slippers and bottled water. The staff were welcoming and professional. We liked the offering of complimentary bottled water and apples on reception each morning. The breakfast room is situated in ths basement and the buffet offered a good choice, but to enjoy it to the full, dine early. as items were not always replenished during our stay, hence 4 stars."

"The hotel is in an excellent location for the market square The room is very nice however the air con does not work. I chose the hotel for this reason as I like a cold room to sleep in. The temp never dropped below 22 degrees the whole time and when I came back at the end of the day had risen to 26 degrees and I had to open the windows to cool the room down! The biggest issue was asking for replacements and being told the delivery hadn’t come! This was Monday to Friday! I asked for bottled water, tea bags each day and none were available. Staff told me they couldn’t access the kitchen to get these! I ended up buying both. My room (22) had a power cut in the middle of the night and the staff told me it was a common problem with this room. This meant I was in total darkness and unable to charge my phone. These issues did spoil our stay a little hence the lower score.. BEWARE: when paying make sure you pay in PLN. I was with my friend and I paid GBP £305 and she paid £270 in PLN for the same stay. They did give me a refund when I complained. Everywhere in Krakow have the option and GBP exchange rate is exceptionally high"

"Very nice hotel, in an old building, but completely modernized and the rooms are fully equipped. The room was spacious and equipped with good beds, air conditioning, and a nice bathroom with a perfect shower. The staff was extremely friendly. There was an extensive and good breakfast buffet. To get from the front door to the reception, or back to the front door, you must climb a flight of stairs from 1 floor. Within the hotel, all floors can be reached by elevator."
