"I usually don’t write reviews, even though I travel a lot for work. Yes, the location is perfect — right on Dam Square — and the room was fantastic. But what really makes this hotel special is the service. The first time they cleaned my room, I was amazed. It wasn’t just spotless — it felt like someone truly cared. Victoria didn’t just clean, she arranged everything so thoughtfully, folded things perfectly, and even came back later because she thought I might need an extra bag for laundry. Incredible attention to detail — she genuinely wanted the room to look perfect. At checkout, Natali was simply wonderful — warm, professional, generous, and so kind. She really made me feel taken care of until the very last moment. And my absolute favorite part: The Tailor Bar. What a place! Amazing cocktails, great atmosphere, and the friendliest team. Octavio is the best — funny, fun, and makes world-class drinks. He and the rest of the bar crew made me feel at home and truly turned my business trip into something special. It was a busy week, but these little things matter. What a hotel — just wow."
