"Located not directly in the city centre, but everywhere one needs to go is reachable by taxi or public transport. Room was nice, with a balcony, coffee machine, tv, etc. Everything is a tiny bit outdated and could do with some TLC. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Definitely would come again."

"We enjoyed our one night stay at this hotel, parking in their car-park is charged at !" Euros per day, breakfast is very varied and of good quality. They also offered a 1-hour free use of their pool / spa. The staff was polite and friendly throughout, and there are a few shuttle services to the town centre which the hotel offers for free. The only small issue we had was a result of communications: we were not told that the important detail - that you have to book these shuttles 2 hours in advance, so we turned up at reception ready to go to town - and of course - there was no shuttle (in other hotels elsewhere we stayed in a few days beforehand, shuttles ran to a schedule, so we never suspected it may be different here). So we booked a return on a shuttle, in advance, and were told exactly where to wait. We waited at that exact location, 15 minutes before the return time. The shuttle did not turn up - in fact - we saw in the distance what may have been the shuttle (a hundred metres from us) drive away/ We phoned, and the hotel very kindly and fairly sent the shuttle again to us, after I explained we were not late, neither at the wrong place. So - communications is key: between hotel and its drivers as to precise locations, and with guests, regarding exact procedures. But they were kind, fair, and quick to correct this error and took care of us well, for which we are thankful."
