"Very good location of the hotel – within walking distance of Miniatur Wunderland and the Maritime Museum. Also there is a U4 underground station next to the hotel. The hotel itself is very nice, modern, and well-maintained. The room was clean and comfortable, with a super comfortable bed. With the windows closed, there was no noise from the street. Tasty and varied breakfasts, with plenty of tables to choose from. Friendly staff."

"I used one of my suite upgrades upgrade to a suite here. I'm an IHG Platinum member and received the standard benefits. The location is a bit outside the main center area but is only a 15min train ride away. There is a station just outside the hotel. Note they stop running after a certain hour. The hotel feels quite modern though the furniture in the room looks old. Maybe that is the look they are going for. The room was clean. The suite was a good size though the bathroom wasn't very big. I would have liked them to use up some of the wasted space to make the bathroom larger. Shower pressure was good and water was hot. The lighting in the room is poor, at night is is rather dark. The mini-bar is free but had no alcohol and was not refilled. So if you were staying one night, it would be pretty generous. But I stayed 5 nights and didn't even get more water. Luckily, the fitness room had free water. I tried the breakfast for a few days. About 7 hot items (ie. Scrambled and hard boiled egg, hashbrown, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, and another item). The had cut up fruit that didn't seem that fresh and whole fruit. Overall, not much very unique or of higher quality. The selection was ok but was nearly identical every day. The cost was 25Eur which I would not think is worth it. However, I used my vouchers which brought the cost down to about 6Eur. Bed was comfortable. Overall, I'd stay again."
